If you have selected Vancouver airport delivery for your Turo rental, these detailed instructions will help make your transaction as smooth as possible. Please follow the directions below for domestic and international arrivals.
Domestic Arrivals
Message Me On Arrival
If you are arriving on a domestic flight, please message me via the Turo App once you have collected your luggage. If you are travelling with carry-on-only baggage, message me once you have deplaned. I will then meet you on the top floor of the parkade next to the elevator.
Directions to the Parkade
To reach the parkade, follow the signs for parking and car rentals. Take the escalator or ramp down and then walk across the road. Make your way up the stairs or elevator to the top floor for P3. I will meet you at the end of the walkway next to the elevator.
Parking Fee and Drop Off
I will provide you with a paid parking token. Use this in the express lanes when leaving the parkade/airport.
Upon returning the car, please provide me with the parking token. Please park at a location near the meeting point and in a stall with room to take photos if available.
International Arrivals
Message Me On Arrival
If you are arriving on an international flight, please message me via the Turo App once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs. I will then meet you on the top floor of the parkade.
Directions to the Parkade
To reach the parkade, head out the doors and walk across the roads under the walkway. On the other side, make your way up the escalator on the right or up the elevator on your left. I will meet you at the top (P3) to complete your Vancouver Airport delivery.
Note: The Skytrain to the city is on the top floor.
Parking Fee and Drop Off
I will provide you with a paid parking token. Use this in the express lanes when leaving the parkade/airport.
